Wakaumi Sake with Yuzu (Liqueur)

Full yuzu fruits (100% Japanese grown) are generously used in this product.
It is a light nigori yuzu sake made with unadulterated yuzu ingredients and bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized so that the bitterness of the rind and the freshness of the fruit can be enjoyed.
The yuzu used is only from that year’s harvest so that the original aroma and taste of yuzu can be enjoyed.
